With over 40 years of hands-on experience in construction, inspection, and presentation prep, we’ve walked alongside families and property owners through every kind of transition. We’ve worked with an elderly woman trying to sell her family home while caring for her ailing husband—stepping in with compassion, skill, and initiative when directions were the last thing she had energy for. We helped her not only prepare her home for sale but later set up her retirement residence after his passing.
